Dale was first licensed with the California Dept. of Real Estate in 1975. He has a well rounded background in commercial real estate leasing and sales, residential real estate transactions and mortgage loan brokering.
He is a native Californian, born in Los Angeles and has also lived over 20 years in Europe, where he met his wife and had their twin daughters. They now live in and enjoy Laguna Beach, California.
He is an entrepreneur, owned several businesses and understands the need of the business owner as well as the property owner. He also has an understanding of property management and has assisted his father William D. Feldman, SIOR who owns several industrial properties in Los Angeles, in management of his properties.
Dale attended U.C.L.A., is a licensed broker with the CA Dept. of Real Estate, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and an SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist.
