Robert Kehiayan, CPM, has 25 years of extensive and diverse real estate experience, including asset management, investment brokerage, and property management. He has managed, leased, and brokered tens of millions of square feet of commercial and investment property including all types and classes of office buildings, medical offices, industrial and flex property, and all classes of retail property. Robert’s experience includes executive level property management and development, with his specialty being value-added projects. Robert holds a degree in Business Management from PepperdineUniversity. He has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is also a California Real Estate Broker and Realtor. He is an award-winning published author and served several terms as an officer of the Executive Council for the Orange County IREM Chapter. He has received numerous industry awards and is an educator having personally trained property managers and commercial brokers, as well as being an instructor at SaddlebackCollege. Additionally, he has acted as a consultant for Chinese government officials and private investors.
