Robert Kehiayan, CPM


Robert Kehiayan, CPM, has over 35 years of diverse real estate experience, including asset management, investment brokerage, and property management. He has managed, leased, and brokered $2 billion worth of commercial and investment property including all types and classes of office buildings, medical offices, industrial and flex property, and all classes of retail property. Robert’s experience includes executive level property management and development, with his specialty being value-added projects. 

Robert holds a degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. He has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is also a California Real Estate Broker and Realtor. He is an award-winning published author and served several terms as an officer of the Executive Council for the Orange County IREM Chapter. He has received numerous industry awards and is an educator having personally trained property managers and commercial brokers, as well as being an instructor at Saddleback College. Additionally, he is qualified as an Expert Witness for the Orange County Superior Court, and has acted as a consultant for Chinese government officials.  



Ron Mittens

Executive Vice President

Ron has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience that includes property management, asset management, leasing and brokerage.

He began his real estate career with The Irvine Company managing and leasing a 1 million square foot office portfolio in Newport Center. He had additional responsibilities that included oversight of company parking operations, and completion of numerous capital projects that included asbestos abatement, building renovation, and energy conservation retrofits.

As an asset manager for the American subsidiary of The National Coal Board of Great Britain’s Real Estate Investment Trust, Ron was responsible for management, leasing, and project management for over 6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multifamily property. He was a key participant in the disposition of the company’s entire US portfolio valued in excess of one billion dollars.

Ron also served as a Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Meyer Real Estate Advisors with portfolio responsibilities that exceeded over five million square feet of property located throughout the United States.

For the past seventeen years he has been exclusively involved in the transaction side of the business that involves acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.

Ron is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Southern California. He served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer in the Strategic Air Command and obtained the rank of Captain.

He was a founding member and past president of the Orange County Chapter of the Building and Managers Association (BOMA). In 1988 Ron was awarded the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation by the Building Owners and Managers Institute. He was also awarded the Certified Realty Investment Associate (CRIA) designation by the Realty Association of California in 1998, and has been a licensed California broker since 1992.

Ron has resided in Irvine for the past thirty five years and is an avid cyclist and gardener.

MeLinda August

MeLinda spent most of her childhood life in Wisconsin but is a native of Illinois, born in Chicago. She now resides and enjoys living in Dallas, TX for the past 3 years. She boasts a well-rounded background in multi-family investment property and residential real estate transactions.  She is also well versed in property management as she has owned several of her own investment properties and currently manages several in the DFW area. Being an entrepreneur, she has owned several businesses as a Master Hair Stylist and understands the needs of the business owner as well as the property owner.  MeLinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from American Intercontinental University. She is now licensed with the Texas Dept. of Real Estate, a member of the North Texas Association Commercial Association of Realtors and has been licensed with the Wisconsin Dept. of Real Estate since 2004.

Josiah Lawhorn

Josiah Lawhorn is a commercial real estate agent licensed in the state of California with a background in community engagement. Born in Panama City, Fl and raised in DFW - TX, Josiah moved to Southern California from Dallas, TX in 2008.  In 2013 he received a Certificate in Civic Engagement from the University of Southern California and in 2014 began working as a Real Estate Assistant at IRES. Prior to that Josiah started several small businesses with friends including a Mobile Car Detailing company and a Social Media Marketing business that targeted small businesses and non-profits. This experience gave him a thorough understanding of owning and operating a business and all the ups and downs that entails. His main focus in the real estate industry has been property management and leasing. With IRES he hopes to incorporate his community engagement background within the real estate market in an innovative way. He currently resides in Downtown Long Beach.

Lonnie Richardson

Lonnie Richardson is a commercial real estate agent licensed in the state of California with a background in customer service, recruiting, marketing, and management.
Born in South Carolina and raised in Georgia, Lonnie moved to California in 2004 for his enlistment in the United States Air Force. In the Air Force, Lonnie excelled at being a forward thinker, maximizing resources to get tasks completed in the most efficient manner.  Constantly reinforced throughout his 10 years of active duty service Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence In All We Do are character traits he still stands by.
Lonnie is a graduate of Orange Coast College and specializes in property management and selling/leasing commercial property. He is currently a student at Cal. State Long Beach studying Liberal Arts and resides in Downtown Long Beach.

Lisa Gray

Director of Marketing/Web Content

Lisa Gray is a Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent with an established background in e-commerce and online marketing. She has previously been the owner of an online women’s clothing boutique and managed 3rd party merchant sales on several online platforms. Lisa also enjoys being a volunteer for her children’s’ schools and is an active member of National Charity League (NCL).

Lisa holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University. She currently resides in Southern California with her family. 

Mark Doll

Assistant Property Manager

Mark is a Southern California native and licensed California Real Estate Broker since the spring of 1995. He is the owner and property manager of residential income property.  Mark has 12 years of investment property acquisitions, renovations & sales experience and 7 years of mortgage origination and production including FNMA and FHA loan products.

Mark's corporate level experience includes Special Servicing Division - Repair Analyst & Manager for corporate lending giants Ameriquest and Citi Residential Lending where he managed repairs on a nationwide portfolio of distressed bank owned foreclosures. 

Mark has earned the prestigious 'Masters Award' and 'Centurion Award' for sales production with Century 21 Diamond.
